General Scope of Project: 
The new Gregory Gym Aquatics Complex and historic renovations included extensive landscaping, limestone retaining walls and concrete deck with a repeating pattern of colors and finishes surrounding an outdoor lap pool, leisure pool, special event pool, water fall bridge, hydrotherapy spa, fountain, and cedar trellises with wireless high speed internet access. The project also included a reception garden, equipment storage, control facilities, concessions building, restroom facilities, partial demolition and renovation of the Varsity building, and a complete interior renovation of the Gregory Gymnasium Natatorium including both pools and all new mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
