General Scope of Project:
Emerson is developing this 20-acre site in Pleasanton, Texas for Frac-Tech Services in only 4 months. The project includes a 16,000 sf shop, 9,000 sf of administrative and office space, 12,000 sf of warehouse and a two-bay, 12,000 sf truck wash. A large gravel parking area is also included. Emerson is driving the schedule of this fast-track project by self-performing the structural concrete work, as well as the steel erection.
