General Scope of Project:
This project consists of a 76,400 sf training building, an unheated 2,000 sf storage building, a 5,500 sf vehicle maintenance shop, and an organizational parking. This ARC supports the mission and staffing for the San Antonio Army Reserve unit, and is made up of administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, and physical fitness areas. The project also provides adequate parking space for all military and privately-owned vehicles.
