General Scope of Project:
The CACTF includes a Range Operations Center (ROC), After Action Review (AAR) building, operations and storage building, and 28 training buildings. Supporting facilities include an information system, electric service and site improvements. ATFP measures are included. The 28 urban city buildings include a service station, medical clinic, radio station, 2 warehouses, hotel, 4 business buildings, 2 strip malls, bank, municipal building, townhouse, school, church/mosque, 9 residential homes, city hall, and police station. Other site features include a soccer field, pedestrian crossover bridge which extends over one of the roadways, gravel roads, concrete roads, low water crossing, and a vehicle bridge rated for tank traffic (100 tons). The hotel and municipal buildings are constructed with basements. Certain buildings have tunnels that extend from their basements and connect together at the street in a curb inlet box. The tunnels are constructed of 48 inch reinforced concrete storm drain pipe.
