General Scope of Project:
The Project includes construction of a 600-member Army Reserve Center which includes a Training Center building, an Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) building, and the conversion of two earth-covered concrete bunkers into Unheated Storage buildings. The Training Center consists of a structural steel system on a drilled pier concrete foundation, brick veneer walls with metal stud backup, and low-slope modified bitumen roof. The OMS building is a pre-engineered metal building. Support facilities include paving, fencing, general site improvements, and extension of utilities. The Project also includes the demolition of pavement, buildings, and foundations.
