Mr. Emerson has numerous years of experience with Emerson Construction Company and within the construction industry. Since assuming the position of President, he is continuing to grow the company by focusing on the key values of Emerson’s foundation – “Quality, Honesty, Integrity, and Trust.” His enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence are the driving forces behind the continued growth and success of Emerson Construction Company, Inc.

Henry Kelly
Mr. Kelly has a wealth of experience in industrial, commercial and design-build construction projects, many in excess of $200 million. Emerson is able to utilize this vast experience both strategically and tactically in profitably growing our business. Since assuming the role of Chief of Operations in 2006, he has become involved in all facets of design development, construction, and the warranty process.

Chrisha Potter
Ms. Potter’s responsibilities include directing the areas of financial management, accounting, human resources, information technology and administration. Ms. Potter’s extensive experience with Emerson and her strong business acumen have enabled her to help provide executive level leadership and direction for our business strategy.

Mr. O’Daniel has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. O’Daniel’s expertise and dedication to quality construction have advanced him to his current role as Retail Team Leader.
